Our company provides landlords with both ‘Let Only’ and ‘Managed Let’ services. Let only service involves our company marketing the property for let including the advertising cost, various internet property portals and accompanied viewings.

Once we obtain a tenant we undertake the referencing checks and credit checks and provide the landlord with copies for their approval. Once our landlord approves the references we draw up the tenancy agreement

Our ‘managed let’ service covers the full range of ‘let only’ service but also covers rent collection, property maintainance issues and taxation matters.

Tenant Services

Good news for tenants we do not charge you for arranging the tenancy.

The only charge to you is for the credit checks as part of the referencing procedure (on managed lets there is an inventory charge for checking the property once the let has ended).

We can help you with insurance for contents or that special piece of jewellery. In fact we can arrange insurance cover even if you loose a set of keys which will provide for the locks to be changed.

Rental Refurbishment Service

If your investment is not letting, then you are losing money. All property from time to time need attention and ignoring the problem only causes more cost later.

Rental property should be redecorated every second year to maximise the rental return and ensure the property enjoys higher occupancy. It is a fact the better the condition the quicker the let the less void (empty) periods.

Our property refurbishment service is tailored to each individual budget and we will be happy to provide a free initial inspection on your property.
